► Transparent analysis of all alarms and events All alarms are shown tabularly and always automatically updated. An extra register for immediate identification of applied messages is provided. There are a lot of possibilities to configure the reports clearly and fast. The display of messages can be sorted, grouped and filtered individually regarding their attributes. Recurring reportings can be saved dependent on the user or plant.
► Identification of potential for optimization Top alarms and sequential alarms can be identified via the frequency reports. The frequency reports can also be individually sorted, grouped and filtered. The result can be illustrated as a circle diagram, for example grouped by th origin of its messages. A analysis of the KPIs according to ISA-18.2 provides essential operating figures about the practised alarm management, for example the rate of alarms per operator or information about successive and flittering alarms.

► Transparent display and analysis of the plant condition All plant-relevant information like curve progression, alarms, events, limit value violations and laboratory data can be overlooked easily. For better illustration there is a y-axis per curve which can be orientated parallelly or vertically. For recurring reportings arbitrary curves can be saved individually related users or plants. Consumption data can be calculated ad hoc and independent from a summation counter by using the reference tape and intregral function.(consumption of energy, operating resources, etc.). Long time periods can be illustrated quickly and clearly via envelopes (Min, Max, average). The production parameter of a batch can selected conveniently via the batch number.
